Candidates who will be selected as Apprentice Development Officer will be paid as per pay level 4. Selected candidates will get the minimum basic pay of ₹ 25,500/- p.m. LIC also provides various kinds of allowances such as Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA], and Transport Allowance as per extant rules on the subject. The employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme. Apart from the above-mentioned allowances, medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidized canteen, limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, House Building Advance, etc are admissible as per Central Government orders
